BUNKERVILLE STANDOFF:  OREGON FEDERAL JUDGE SIGNS OFF ON RYAN PAYNE HOME DETENTION RELEASE,  LATE REPORT THAT OTHERS WILL BE RELEASED TO HOME DETENTION

The judge presiding over the Oregon Standoff case, US District Judge Anna J. Brown, has agreed to the release ordered by Nevada US District Judge Gloria M. Navarro.

There were joyous scenes this afternoon in Las Vegas as Ryan Payne emerged from the courthouse.

Ryan Payne and two other defendants in the third Bunkerville Standoff were ordered released by Judge Navarro on Wednesday (November 29th).    Ammon Bundy walked outside of jail yesterday and was reunited with his family enroute to home detention.    Ryan Bundy was ordered released last month.    He is acting in his own defense during the trial.

THERE IS LATE WORD FROM NEVADA THAT ARRANGEMENTS ARE BEING MADE FOR PRETRIAL RELEASE OF OTHERS STILL HELD IN CONNECTION WITH BUNKERVILLE.

THE REMAINING FOUR ACCUSED IN CONNECTION WITH BUNKERVILLE AWAITING LATER TRIAL (MEL BUNDY,  DAVE BUNDY,  JASON WOODS,  JOE O'SHAUGHNESSY) WILL HAVE A HEARING ON MONDAY EXPECTED TO LEAD TO THEIR RELEASE.

Cliven Bundy has opted to remain in jail while others are still there being held without bail in the Bunkerville Standoff case even more so, as a matter or principle and the latest from family friend Bryan Hyde via video is that Cliven Bundy will stay.

EVEN AS WE GET NEWS THAT MEL AND DAVE BUNDY AND OTHER DEFENDANTS ARE TO BE FREED TO HOME DETENTION, CLIVEN BUNDY WILL REMAIN IN JAIL.

All the developments add up to signs that there is progress being made in the case as more truth emerges about the case with the prosecution giving up evidence it had withheld during the first two trials.

Its forcing the judge even with her Democrat biases to see the defendants in a new light, realizing the case against them is weak and that they should not be treated like terrorists, held without bail permanently as if they were in Gitmo.

But it also shows us the dirty dealing and duplicity of Acting US Attorney Steven Myhre, a man endorsed for this "leadership" in this case by the Republican Attorney General Jeff Sessions during a visit to Las Vegas in July.

Its time for the Uniparty parties in this case (prosecutor and judge) to let go of these men and this case.

Its time for justice in the Bunkerville Standoff case for those on trial, awaiting trial, the two convicted in the first kangaroo trial and those who entered guilty pleas and were sentenced in this corrupt process.

The third trial will resume Monday December 11th.
